The course also emphasises the importance of creating a safer working culture, carrying out effective risk assessments, ensuring robust policies, and responding appropriately to concerns or allegations. Through this training, schools can strengthen their safeguarding processes and ensure that all adults working with children and young people are suitable, well-vetted, and supported by strong organisational practice.
