Safeguarding is a fundamental part of operating a charity. Every charity maintains a duty of care and safeguarding responsibilities.
Robust safeguarding training is integral to a charity's success, and the protection of those who come into contact with the charity.
The Charity Commission will hold trustees to account if things go wrong and will check that trustees followed the Government guidance and legislation. Therefore, it is paramount that trustees fully understand their safeguarding roles and responsibilities.
This course is designed to provide charities with the relevant safeguarding knowledge required to keep children, young people and vulnerable adults safe.
Please note this course has a start time of 09:30AM GMT and will run for approximately 4 hours
